We are delighted to announce that subsequent to the latest CQC inspection in 2026 at The Meadows, we are now rated Outstanding for Care, and good across all other areas.

This is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our staff working to delivery the best possible care to our ladies and gents.  Making The Meadows a true home.
